Quality Assurance Technician

A leading production facility in the Rosedale area is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician. The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards before reaching customers. This role involves performing inspections, conducting tests, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.Pay- $23-$28Hr Responsibilities : - Through the use of statistical methods and data analysis, QA techs study variations in product quality and assists the production department in understanding the nature and causes of production issues -Perform quality inspections and tests of production items per documented procedures -Obtains and recommends dispositions for noted defects -Perform calibrations of measuring and test equipment per documented procedures -Review and evaluate written procedures -Preparation and maintenance of QA records, including PC based records -Assist in training of manufacturing personnel regarding quality procedures and measurement techniques -High school diploma or GED required. Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Knowledge of quality systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality data systems. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and follow standardized procedures. **Schedule Monday -Friday 7am-4pm**
