Senior Quality Assurance Lead

BlackStone eIT is in search of an accomplished Senior Quality Assurance Lead with a CTFL certification to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all quality assurance efforts, contributing to the development of high-quality software products that meet user expectations. We are looking for a candidate who possesses extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, strong leadership and communication skills, and a dedication to upholding the highest quality standards in our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team by planning, organizing their work, offering guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality benchmarks and establish industry best practices for software testing and quality assurance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to validate the quality and reliability of software products.
- Coordinate and conduct various software testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and communicate software defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Enhance and maintain the testing manual, automation framework, and overall testing infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
