Job DescriptionCommunity Relations Director – Home Care (Dallas, TX)What We’re Looking ForThis role is for a sales-focused leader who thrives on building referral relationships, signing up new clients and managing those relationships for long-term growth. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own book of business, backed by a proven playbook, a dedicated operations team and 10+ years of local success.Sales driver – you love being in the field and growing new business.Ownership mindset – you take responsibility for your clients and accounts like they’re your own business.Relationship builder – you know how to win trust with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities and clients.Growth mindset – you’re motivated by ambitious targets and uncapped earning potential.Mission-driven – you believe in doing well by doing good and making a real difference in people’s lives.Self-starter – you work independently, take initiative and are accountable for results.What You’ll DoSpend ~80% of your time marketing and selling in the community.Build referral partnerships with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities and other sources.Own the client relationship — you are their advisor, from first meeting through ongoing care.Grow client hours by listening, identifying needs and ensuring we’re always delivering superior experiences.Proactively connect with clients and families each week to strengthen trust, support evolving needs and keep relationships thriving.Collaborate with our Operations team (scheduling, recruiting, caregiver management) so you can stay focused on clients, accounts and growth.About UsAt Home Care Book, our purpose is simple: Enhancing lives by providing superior experiences.
