Job Description: Key Responsibilities:Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior and exterior of the building looking clean and professionalPerform other related duties as required or assignedHelp maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentPerform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management teamAdhere to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyoneHelp maintain user manuals for cleaning equipment, office furniture and fixtures that can be referred to when neededRespond to general assembly and repair requests quickly and with a professional mannerWork Schedule: Shifts may vary based upon location and business needsQualifications:Minimum Qualification: Minimum 17 years of age and a high school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in a high school program in good standing, or one to two years general building maintenance experience; ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.Preferred Qualification: High School Diploma with 1-2 years of janitorial/building maintenance experienceAbility to multitask Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic deductive reasoning skillsProficient active listening skills Proficient organizational skills Proficient time management skills Self-motivation Ability to lift objects up to 50 poundsAbility to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)Experience working in a fast-paced environment.This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.Compensation:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
