Health System is seeking a full-time BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in central Pennsylvania. Highlights: Provide a full complement of head and neck surgery services Tertiary health system serves nearly 1 million people in a 6-county region Current team includes 2 seasoned physicians and 2 physician assistants Referrals come from a broad base of employed primary care physicians, neighboring community physicians, ER and Trauma team Practice is located in newly constructed 90,000 square foot medical office complex which also houses audiology, allergy and immunology service, imaging and lab Nearby hospital has 12 ORs; ambulatory surgery center has 6 ORs Opportunity to practice in neighboring rural hospital Compensation/Benefits: Competitive compensation pkg including base salary plus wRVU bonus Sign-on bonus PTO/CME time and allowance Relocation reimbursement Comprehensive benefits Family medical, dental, vision Life and disability insurance Employer matched retirement plan Occurrence-based malpractice insurance.
