Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.Internship responsibilities may includeYou’ll be at the forefront of incident response triage and advanced troubleshooting support, helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly. Your efforts will directly empower nearly forty thousand customer service representatives, enabling them to provide world-class service to thirty-one million customers.You’ll also assist in guiding change management processes that ensure smooth technology rollouts without causing disruptions. You’ll be an active member of our operations team, taking direct ownership of meaningful work that influences how customers experience our brand every day.
