The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic leader who will drive growth, strengthen relationships with referral sources, and contribute to the overall success of the facility. Director of Business Development Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive referral growth and new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Represent the facility in community outreach programs and at networking events. Collaborate with the leadership team to create marketing and outreach initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies. Ensure the facility’s services are well-positioned to meet the needs of potential patients and families. Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes. Director of Business Development Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required). Experience in business development, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Proven track record of building successful partnerships and generating business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop data-driven strategies. Knowledge of long-term care regulations and industry trends.
