With over 45 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, ARS is built on a foundation of trust and service.What We Offer:Access to insurance after 31 days of employmentLow-cost medical options (starting as low as $5/week)Dental and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)(k) with company matchPaid Time Off & Holiday PayCompany-paid life insurance Responsibilities What we're looking for:Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobsStage materials and equipment for technician readinessStock service vehicles with required partsReceive, inspect, and log incoming shipmentsDeliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucksMaintain and track inventory, supplies, tools, and equipmentCoordinate warranty item returns and vendor shipmentsOperate a forklift to move materials and unload trucksKeep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needsMaintain accurate documentation on inventory and purchases Qualifications What You Need:Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferredBasic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems a plusValid state driver’s license requiredCommercial driver’s license, EPA certification, or forklift license may be required (based on location)Strong organizational skills and ability to work independentlyNote: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
