Overview A long-time industry leader in Audiology, CQ Partners works with Private Practices, ENT Practices, Hospitals, & Universities, and Not-for-Profits as a Growth Partner. We develop providers as leaders and help them drive operational excellence, enabling them to connect with more patients. Everything we do is centered around helping our practices grow—whether that means growing their business, growing professionally, or taking that next step in their journey. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding CQ Partners’ market share within the industry. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization. This position has accountability for business development, sales team management and leadership, and portfolio development and recruiting. Responsibilities Business Development Drive unit growth through full implementation of the CQ Partners’ solution package in order to effect growth in practices through increased offerings, staff productivity, and larger customer base Develop and execute a quarterly business development/recruiting plan to drive required results for each Account Manager Ensure Account Managers implement All the Right Things for each practice Manage the Action Plan Management and Value Visibility processes for the division Oversee implementation of EDP staff development sessions and education programs on a regular basis with Account Managers Utilize CQ Partners financial tools for practice growth and profit gain Planning Activities Working cooperatively with the National VP of Sales to define and implement components of the CQ Partners value proposition related to delivering a comprehensive solution that will position CQ Partners as the leading resource for assisting practices in developing world-class audiology departments Implement strategies that drive business process and behavioral change Working cooperatively and cross-organizationally, look to expand the audiology offering to include other resources/services as market needs and expansion opportunities dictate Define marketing strategy for the region in consort with the National VP of Sales Evaluate industry, market, and competitive trends to ensure the Region is positioned to capitalize on opportunities and insulated against threats Team Management and Leadership Manage, lead & inspire a field sales team to drive the development of a robust portfolio of practices producing year over year unit growth Develop sales team consistent with defined competencies required for success Follows performance management process and complete and conducts reviews Gathers feedback from multiple sources regarding employee performance Along with the National VP of Sales actively manage recruiting, hiring, training, performance and termination of employees Portfolio Development and Recruiting Ensure that the Region meets or exceeds prescribed budget targets for unit sales, revenue, and profitability Manage Account Managers’ recruiting efforts and pipeline management for the Region ensuring that recruiting targets and new unit volume targets are met Represent CQ Partners at appropriate industry events Integrate and leverage internal and external vendor partner relationships May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.
