Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings, scheduling interviews and creating/updating all social media profiles with all open positions available. You will assist Human Resources, hiring managers and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you will assist our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.If you're enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we'd like to meet youResponsibilities (Include but are not limited to):Maintain all job posts; assure all are up to date and are adjusted accordinglyParticipate in candidate sourcing effortsAssist teams in screening resumesConduct initial phone screensSchedule calls and interviewsManage calendar for all hiring teams and candidatesCommunicate with candidates promptly and assist during interviewsUse recruiting software to keep track of candidates and open rolesSend out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters and onboarding)Coordinate drug tests and background checksParticipate in recruiting eventsPromote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequirements:2-3 years of proven work experience as a recruiterFamiliarity with the entire recruitment lifecycleExperience with on-boarding new employees Tech-savvyExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-taskProblem-solving aptitudeCritical-thinking skillsFluently Bilingual in English and Spanish BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field is a plusSchedule:Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Compensation:Depending on ExperiencePhysical Demands: The description below is intended to describe the general content and requirements for the performance of this job but is not limited to: While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
