Junior Recruiter We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting job ads, doing initial screenings, scheduling interviews and creating/updating all social media profiles with all open positions available. You'll assist Human Resources, hiring managers and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you'll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles. If you're enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we'd like to meet you Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): Maintain all job posts; assure all are up to date and are adjusted accordingly Participate in candidate sourcing efforts Assist teams in screening resumes Conduct initial phone screens Schedule calls and interviews Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates Communicate with candidates promptly and assist during interviews Use recruiting software to keep track of candidates and open roles Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters and onboarding) Coordinate drug tests and background checks Participate in recruiting events Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements: 2-3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle Experience with on-boarding new employees Tech-savvy Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task Problem-solving aptitude Critical-thinking skills Fluently Bilingual in English and Spanish BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field is a plus Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Compensation: Depending on Experience Physical Demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Some duties may be removed at any time and new duties may be added as GTI continues to grow. If and as required under federal or state law, upon request, reasonable accommodations which do not create an undue hardship will be considered, discussed, offered and implemented (if accepted) to enable persons with defined disabilities to overcome barriers to the performance of essential functions of the position.
