Look no further than the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Residential team as a Private Lounge ServerResponsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Deliver food from kitchen to the residents ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Ability to work independently for shifts (with management support).Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Ability to carry and balance a tray.Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.Who We Look For: We look for employees who share the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
