OverviewExpress is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Self motivated lead generator Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
