This includes:Establishing all aspects of program operations, staffing, and systems from the ground upLeading a growing team expected to exceed 150 staff and serve over 400 childrenEnsuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with Head Start Performance StandardsBuilding and nurturing strong relationships with local, state, and regional stakeholdersDriving performance, innovation, and impact while creating a culture of excellenceCollaborating with cross-functional support teams across the Acelero Learning networkWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (ideally in business, education, or related field)At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-site organizationExperience with Head Start or similar family-centered programming is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience building or significantly scaling programsStrong background in compliance, staff leadership, and operational executionAbility to develop and lead high-performing teamsWhen/Where/How Much:When: Early 2026Where: Acelero Learning Delaware HQ Office.
