The firm is open to a generalist background, with a preference for experience across office, retail, and medical office assets.ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate acquisition opportunities across U.S. marketsUnderwrite transactions and build detailed financial models, including cash flow projections and return analysesLead transaction execution from initial review through closing, including LOIs, due diligence, and deal structuringCoordinate with internal capital markets and asset management teams throughout the investment processMaintain broker and owner relationships to support ongoing deal flowPrepare investment materials and present opportunities to senior leadership and investment committeeQualifications7+ years of experience in real estate acquisitionsExperience across office, retail, and/or medical office assets preferredStrong underwriting and financial modeling skillsDemonstrated ability to manage transactions from sourcing through closingExperience within an owner-operator investment platform
