About the RoleDo you take pride in building outdoor spaces that last for decades? At Green Light Lawn Care we're looking for a skilled and motivated Hardscape Crew Member to join our team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding -- you'll be part of creating stunning, functional outdoor living areas that our clients will enjoy for years to come. Salary$25-$35/hrQualifications2+ years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)2+ years of landscape installation experiencestrong working knowledge of laser transits, compaction, and base preparationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, responsible, and quality-focused mindsetPositive attitude and strong work ethicValid Driver's License requiredMust pass a background check Willingness to relocate to West Lafayette, IN before starting workRequirementsResponsibilitiesAssist in the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, outdoor kitchens, and firepitsPerform excavation, grading, and preparation for hardscape projectsOperate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Set up and use laser transits for proper grading and levelingSupport landscape construction with planting, mulching, and softscape work as neededWork closely with crew members to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detailBenefitsBenefitsCompetitive pay ($25-35/hr based on experience and performance)Paid time offHealth Insurance AllowanceRetirement planProfessional development assistanceOpportunities for advancement into leadership roles
