Job Title: Hardscape Foreman (with Sales Experience) Company: Procare Property Services Location: West Chester, PA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience + commission opportunities)

About Us:

Procare Property Services is a professional and rapidly growing landscaping company specializing in hardscape construction, landscape design, and property maintenance. We're looking for a skilled Hardscape Foreman with sales experience to not only lead our hardscape installations, but also help drive business growth through client interaction, upselling, and project enhancement recommendations.

Job Summary:

This role combines leadership in the field with client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with hardscape construction and also comfortable discussing project details, upgrades, and additional services with clients. You’ll manage a crew while ensuring project quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, etc.

Read and interpret landscape design plans and layouts

Ensure proper site preparation, grading, and drainage

Operate construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators)

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites

Engage with clients on-site to explain progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services

Work with the sales team to scope small add-ons or change orders

Maintain material tracking and job documentation

Train and mentor crew members

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)

At least 1 year of foreman or crew leader experience

Proven experience in sales or upselling in a construction or service-related field

Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members

Strong understanding of ICPI and NCMA installation practices (certification a plus)

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)

Ability to read blueprints and plans

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
