Description We are partnering with our Client Home Path Financial on their VP of Operations opportunity: Job Summary:We’re seeking a seasoned and process-driven VP of Operations who thrives in a high-accountability, EOS-based environment. The ideal candidate is a structured leader who excels at operational oversight, multi-entity execution, and cross-functional problem solving while maintaining a silo effect with the various companies —especially in complex, investor-backed real estate organizations.This role reports directly to the Integrator/COO and will play a pivotal part in scaling business operations across several existing verticals and new markets nationwide. The right person is energized by building and refining processes, coordinating strategic initiatives across functions, and ensuring seamless execution within a growing family of companies. This is not a creative role.
