In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development of new policies and processes, shaping the future of our technology landscape.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaborationOversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocksFoster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomesEnsure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives within organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Oversee a portfolio of firm-wide technology and cybersecurity priority initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Prepare and present reports on program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership. Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluencyChampion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsObtain 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations along with direct reports. Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutionsAdvanced analytical reason skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments.Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectivesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or PMP are highly desirable.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
