Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS), a premium regional security provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Southeast Florida area. SALARY : $100,000 plus Medical Plan Compensation and Bonus Plan (Commensurate with experience) COMMISSIONS: Unlimited SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM BENEFITS:Paid Time Off ( PTO)Medical PlanVision PlanDental Plan401 KLife InsuranceCareer Development OpportunitiesReferral Bonuses GENERAL PURPOSE:Driving business growth, helping business make decisions and developing relationships. Their duties can vary on a day-to-day basis, but may include: Identifying opportunities: Researching target markets, attending meetings, and networking to find opportunitiesGenerating leads: Cold calling, reaching out to prospects, and pursuing leads through the sales cycleCreating plans: Developing growth strategies, forecasting sales targets, and setting goals for business and revenue growthNegotiating: Negotiating client pricing and developing and negotiating contractsPromoting: Demonstrating products or services and guiding customers through purchase decisionsMaintaining relationships: Maintaining positive client relationships and providing feedback to salespeopleClosing deals: Proposing and cultivating business deals, and closing new business deals KNOWLEDGE:Prefer a bachelor's degree, will accept equivalent or professional experience on a case-by-case basis.5 years of progressively responsible experience in security or equivalent field. SKILLS/ABILITIES:Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.Technological experiencePersistent ApproachReliableAbility to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.Excellent planning, organization, and leadership/supervisory skills.Strong customer service and quality orientation.Ability to be an effective member of and lead project teams.Ability to function effectively in a matrix management organization.Ability to facilitate progressive change.A willingness to take prudent risks.
