This full-time position will report to the Director of Sales and Customer Care and is located in New Hope, MN. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with sales leaders and product teams to create and implement an impactful annual marketing plan.
  • Design, launch, and monitor tailored marketing campaigns for each channel segment, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness.
  • Produce engaging digital content and oversee its distribution across relevant channels for optimal impact.
  • Partner with the National Accounts Sales team to seamlessly execute customized marketing calendars for key accounts.
  • Collect and analyze Voice of Market (VOM) insights to refine sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on competitive analysis.
  • Take charge of planning and managing trade shows within your channel segments, ensuring a standout presence.
  • Drive marketing communications for various initiatives, including new product launches, upcoming trade shows, and other key announcements.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically to support marketing efforts and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the marketing team's objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Strong background in marketing communications, from campaign creation to execution.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing, with a proven ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Background in field sales, bringing an understanding of sales-driven marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in office products or contract furniture industries, with an eye for industry-specific trends.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $112,000 per year plus eligibility in annual bonus program. ​ The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location.  Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
