We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times. What Drives Success Lennox AES has immediate position available for a Structural Welder. 60-70 hour work weeksAbility to travel throughout the . on 3 to 4 week deployment cyclesKnowledge of OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1926 Subpart J - Welding & CuttingAWS Certification D1.1 or ability to acquireExperience with Arc +Flux Core, MiG and TiG welding equipment & processesAbility to work overnight in existing buildingsAbility to read, comprehend and perform work from blueprints/drawingsKnowledge of fire prevention methods for occupied space weldingAbility to acquire Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) Authorized OperationLearn safety policies and deploy proper safety equipment for welding dutiesAbility to become authorized and operate scissor liftsWork with Fire Watch closely to ensure work performance is met What We Are Looking For Qualifications: Ability to work overtimeWillingness to travel: 100% (Required)Work Location: On the roadLanguage: English (Required)License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)Motor vehicle report (MVR) with clean driving recordNational Background CheckRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experienceEmployment Pre-requisites (ALL Candidates)Pass a pre-employment drug screeningHave a clean driving record and valid driver's license to operate company vehicleWork after hoursAbility and willingness to travel frequently throughout the . What We Offer Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $31 – $41/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
