Join our team and bring your best self to the table.  Job Overview  We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management – ‘Source to Table’ to lead a global product organization owning the strategy and execution of our enterprise Item platform. This is a high-impact senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group VP. You will shape the long-term strategy for digital catalog and item data, define the product vision for agentic commerce, and partner closely with Technology, Data Science, Operations, Merchandising, Digital and external partners. The role is based in Pleasanton, CA leading teams across the US and India. The Source to Table organization leads critical platforms spanning: Supply chain (demand, inventory & replenishment, Warehouse Mgmt, Transportation) E-commerce fulfillment (order management, order promising, picking & last mile) Enterprise Item Platforms (vendor onboarding, core item setup, enrichment, digital catalog, syndication & analytics) Store backroom & inventory platforms (receiving, store ordering, computer-vision powered on-shelf availability) This role focuses on Enterprise Item Platforms and Agentic Commerce – the digital backbone that powers consistent, high-quality item data everywhere our customers discover and shop our products. Main responsibilities: Define and own the multi-year product vision and strategy. Make the digital catalog the heart of agentic commerce. Translate enterprise strategy into a clear roadmap for item data and vendor experiences. Product Leadership & Execution Lead and grow a global product team. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platforms. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle with clear success metrics. Enterprise Item Platform & Vendor Experience Own roadmap for ACI’s home-grown enterprise item platform. Deliver a world-class vendor onboarding and self-service experience. Item Golden Record & Data Quality Define strategy for item golden record. Partner with Data teams to design enrichment and quality pipelines. Agentic Commerce & AI Innovation Lead development of agentic commerce platform. Ensure catalog readiness for GenAI ecosystems. Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders. Lead change management and drive adoption of new platforms. We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Bachelors Degree and MBA or Masters from a reputed institution (must-have) 15+ years overall experience; 10+ in Product Management 5+ years leading product teams  Experience building and scaling platform products Strong engineering, data and UX collaboration experience Experience in enterprise/B2B2C environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills  Experience in retail, grocery, CPG, marketplace or e-commerce Direct experience with MDM, PIM or catalog platforms Experience with legacy platform decommissioning Exposure to AI/ML and GenAI use cases Strong enterprise UX understanding Strong financial & commercial acumen Experience in matrixed, transformation-driven environments What You’ll Get to Build Shape the future of agentic commerce Build digital catalog and item platforms powering all channels  Lead a high-visibility, high-investment portfolio with broad business impact We also provide a variety of benefits including: Competitive wages paid weekly Associate discounts Health and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more) Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
