Parkside Kia, a leading automotive dealership in Knoxville, Tennessee, is seeking a Full Time Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team.As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our wide selection of new and used vehicles.This is an individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure. Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Accident Insurance 401(k) Paid Training Paid time off and holiday pay Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our vehicles Identify and understand customer needs to assist in vehicle selection and offer solutions Conduct test drives and negotiate sales prices Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, incentives, and financing options Complete sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Knowledge of current automotive technology and trends Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Parkside Kia is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status
