You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.Transaction Processing Associate II WORK SCHEDULE:Hours of Operation:Full-Time-Monday-Friday Hourly Rate: $16.50  Working for you Enjoy a positive, employee-friendly culture while playing an important role in supporting our clients. pay (bi-weekly pay). Paid Training BenefitsFull-TimeCareer Growth Opportunities   About the Role  Principal Duties/Responsibilities:Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.Make outbound calls and answer inbound callsBe able to perform and meet processing standards in a fast-paced, large payment processing environment.Using multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking is requiredRespond to Employer inquiries using standard scripts and procedures. Gather information, research/resolve payments, and log all dataCommunicate appropriate options for resolution promptly.Inform callers about other payment options available and assist with proper remittance informationProvide peer-to-peer training when requestedAssesses payments to provide posting immediately or require follow-up for client resolution.Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.Performs routine payment processing activities concerning business products and services.  Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting. Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously. Good attendance/punctuality.Good written and verbal communication.Collaborative teamwork.Technical ability to use computers with multiple apps at the same time.2 years of customer service experience. 2 years of banking/data entry experience.  Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16.50
