These projects involve researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information utilizing different systems. Please take this into consideration when applyingWork Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) Weekends OFFCareer Growth OpportunitiesGreat Work EnvironmentFull Benefits OptionsWhat you will be doing:Consistently display a professional attitude towards Conduent employees, Consumers, Access Health, DSS and activities.Evaluate and determine eligibility of medical expenses for medical program.Screen Consumers by data entering information into Eligibility Determination System.Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract guidelines.People who succeed in this role have:Strong commitment and work ethic.Outstanding attendance.Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.Effective problem-solving skills.Data entry experience.Ability to achieve results through knowledge, commitment, and attention to detail and to meet established deadlines.Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing high quality work.Must be detail oriented.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age or older.Must be able to pass 37 40 wpm typing test.Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.Preferred: College Degree and Eligibility Determination/Transaction Processing experienceDue to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
