Our client in Addison is looking to hire talented Inside Sales Representatives to join their team on a Direct Hire basis This positions comes salaried along with commissions and bonuses, health, dental, and 401K match. PLUS a $2000 90-day success bonus and a $500/month non-recoverable draw for the first 3 monthsThe Inside Sales Rep is responsible for calling on financial decision-makers toschedule demos. This role will focus on gaining new client interest andsetting up meetings. Base Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 DOEJob Duties:Outbound B2B calls to targeted prospect list- via warm and cold leadsInbound website lead follow-upGet through the gatekeeper- to reach key financial decision-makersSpeak with decision-makers – CFO or finance executivesEffectively communicate the benefits and value of our solutionGenerate interest and qualify opportunitiesAbility to effectively handle and respond to objectionsSchedule demo appointments via GoToMeetingProvide clear documentation and record-keeping of client interactionProvide assistance and follow up if needed to close the dealContribute to team success by accomplishing results as neededSkills:Attention to detail – clear documentation and record-keepingResults-drivenPersistence/handles rejectionTime managementTelephone salesSelling to customer needsProspectingProfessionalismProduct knowledgePrideStaff (North Dallas location) is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.
