Principal Responsibilities: BB Camp seeks a dynamic, experienced Maintenance Technician to perform various non-routine and skilled maintenance activities on the facilities' buildings, grounds, and equipment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in maintaining and improving BB Camp's physical spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in housekeeping and maintenance needs, cleaning common areas, maintaining and improving landscaping, and assisting on large ongoing maintenance projects. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Facilities Director and work closely and collaboratively with the organization's staff members, campers, and guests. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or EquivalentAt least 1 year of experience in maintenance work preferred Proven leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and to collaborate effectively with several different stakeholders.Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsProven experience in maintenance and repair activitiesPrioritizes inclusivity within the work that is producedAbility to be flexible and manage change
