We believe in empowering our team members and creating an environment where everyone can contribute to our success.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Transactional Paralegal to support our attorneys in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our transactions run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing documents.Conduct thorough research and analysis to support transactional activities.Organize and maintain transaction files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate transactions.Prepare and track due diligence materials and closing checklists. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on business transactional work.Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to transactions.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
