Oxford Solutions is hiring a Business & Corporate Paralegal for a direct-hire, onsite role supporting a corporate and business law practice. This position works closely with attorneys on business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, financing, entity formation, and business sales.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys on corporate and business transactions
- Assist with entity formations, governance documents, and transaction filings
- Prepare, revise, and proofread legal and transactional documents
- Manage closing documents, signature packets, and transaction checklists
- Coordinate electronic signatures and maintain files in a document management system
- Assist with billing, time entry, and matter administration as needed
- Paralegal certificate or related training
- 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting business or corporate transactions
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, real estate, financing, or similar matters
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with DocuSign and Adobe
- Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage
- Experience with billing and timekeeping software such as Aderant
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
