Job Overview TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams ensure machine and facility longevity through repairs and preventive maintenance. This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee. - Responsibilities: - Maintain housekeeping and organization in work areas. - Adhere to TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures. - Requirements: - Access to controlled information under ITAR or EAR necessitates U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, asylee or refugee status. - Duties: - Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery. - Troubleshoot electrical equipment. - Assist senior technicians with production machine projects. - Conduct general housekeeping. - Undertake facilities maintenance tasks: - Painting - Carpentry - Light electrical work - Plumbing - Metal fabrication - Machinery and office furniture relocation. What your background should look like: HS degree or GED Skills in metalworking, carpentry, painting and light electrical work Ability to read electrical schematics Experience using measuring devices (ex. Meters, tape measures, squares) Good communication skills Must be proficient in English language Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $34,480 – $51,720 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits BENEFITS • A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
