Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Loan Workout Specialist . This contractor will join the Quality Assurance team within Loan Workout, focusing on reviewing legal documents for customers involved in civil legal matters. The role supports low-complexity initiatives and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and state requirements. Title: Loan Workout Specialist Position type: Full-time/Contract. Duration: 19 Months. Location: Charlotte, NC(Onsite 5 days/week) As a Loan Workout Specialist, What You’ll Be Doing: Review physical legal documents for accuracy and completeness. Validate that documents match corresponding paperwork and meet state requirements. Check notarization and ensure compliance before sending to third-party legal partners. Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed. Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout. Exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements. What We’re Looking For Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, OR equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education. Relevant professional experience in document review or QA. Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Understanding of credit card processes. Knowledge of collection law. Experience with litigation, especially civil procedures. Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or performing QA functions. Paralegal certification (nice to have).
