Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Loan Workout Specialist . This contractor will join the Quality Assurance team within Loan Workout, focusing on reviewing legal documents for customers involved in civil legal matters. The role supports low-complexity initiatives and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and state requirements.
Title: Loan Workout Specialist
Position type: Full-time/Contract.
Duration: 19 Months.
Location: Charlotte, NC(Onsite 5 days/week)
As a Loan Workout Specialist, What You'll Be Doing:
- Review physical legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Validate that documents match corresponding paperwork and meet state requirements.
- Check notarization and ensure compliance before sending to third-party legal partners.
- Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed.
- Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
- Exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, OR equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Relevant professional experience in document review or QA.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Understanding of credit card processes.
- Knowledge of collection law.
- Experience with litigation, especially civil procedures.
- Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or performing QA functions.
- Paralegal certification (nice to have).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
