POSITION SUMMARY: Customer Service orientated position primarily responsible for delivering superior food and beverage service to bar guests within the restaurant according to Potomac Family Dining Group and Applebee’s brand standards for timeliness, accuracy, and guest service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:Serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timelyMixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Applebee’sInteracts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeatGreet guests, answer questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, andCompletes assigned opening and closing side work asSlices fruit and vegetable garnishes forPresents guest checks to bar patrons.
