Front-End Loader Driver Find your more with Mohawk What we need: Mohawk is looking for a Front-End Loader Driver which will be responsible for operating 550 loaders and conveyers for chip transportation. What you’ll do: Complete walk around inspections of rolling stock Monitors chip unloading conveyors and ensures chips are going to correct locations Visually monitors the quality of chips Operates loader and monitors that it is running correctly and efficiently Performs basic maintenance tasks Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision Follow all established standard operating procedures Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary Perform other tasks assigned by management What you have: Minimum 1-2 years operating heavy equipment (preferably loaders). Fork lift / Front End Loader certified or ability to pass skills assessment. Understanding of load limits, machine controls, and site safety procedures. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, not required. What you’re good at: Effective communication skills. Strong active listening and comprehension skills. Managing multiple priorities with ease and staying focused under pressure. Ability to analyze and interpret data. Adapting quickly to change with a flexible, team-oriented mindset. Exercising sound judgment and professionalism, even without formal guidelines.
