This hand-on, customer-facing role requires about 75%travel, offering the opportunity to work in diverse locations andtackle new challenges. You will supervise and perform electrical work,collaborating closely with customers and subcontractors to ensueseamless project execution. Ability to attain anASTM and ANSI/AWS 6-G MIG aluminum welding certification, U.S.passport, and forklift/man lift operator trainingcertification. Valid drivers license with a good driving record ismandatory.* SKILLS: Ability to read tape measurements, blueprints, andelectrical schematics. Hands-on skills, such as MIG welding orequipment operation, are a plus but not required. Strong written andverbal communication skills to interact with customers,subcontractors, and internal teams.* CUSTOMER FOCUS: 75% travel is required. Experience with extensivetravel is highly preferred. We're looking for a self-starter with astrong work ethic and a willingness to learn.WHAT YOU'LL DO* PROJECT PREPARATION : Coordinate the tools, materials, andequipment for each project.* ON-SITE WORK: Inspect, install, and repair electrical systems atpower plants, oversee and work alongside subcontractors to completethe job.* LEAD AND COORDINATE: Work closely with customers and subcontractorson-site, ensuring safety and efficiency in every task.* SAFETY FIRST: Ensure safety standards are adhered to, includingcompleting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before starting any work.* TESTING & TROUBLESHOOTING: Conduct electrical tests andtroubleshooting in accordance with company procedures.* DAILY REPORTING: Keep the project manager informed with detaileddaily reports on project status, challenges, and potential changes inscope.* BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Ensure that project expenses are kept withinbudget, and submit all necessary paperwork on time.* CUSTOMER-FACING ROLE: You’ll be the point of contact on-site,ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with the progress oftheir projects.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIROMENT* You'll spend most of your time at remote power plants, oftenoutdoors and working in various weather conditions.* This is a physically active role, requiring you to stand, walk,kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
