Director of Nursing (DON)SIGN ON BONUS $10K *THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN JACKSONVILLE, IL* Position Summary: The primary purpose of the Director of Nursing is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
