Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Print Production Operator is an integral member of the DISH Print Services Team, responsible for providing comprehensive print production support to all lines of business within the EchoStar portfolio, including DISH Network, Boost Mobile, Sling TV, OnTech Services, and Gen Mobile, as well as shared services teams such as accounting, legal, leadership training, and facilities. The primary objective of this role is to efficiently operate digital printing equipment (black and white/color) and complete all related production tasks to maximize output while maintaining high quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate digital and wide-format printers using Fiery Command WorkstationPerform post-print tasks such as cutting, folding, binding, and finishingPrepare and package printed materials for shipmentManipulate digital files to meet print specificationsMonitor print quality and color consistency throughout productionMaintain printing equipment and perform routine maintenance and calibrationCollaborate with the Print Services Manager to prioritize daily productionAssist with job tracking and monthly reportingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceAdapt to changing priorities and urgent requests in a fast-paced environment Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation & Experience:Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experienceExperience operating digital and wide-format print equipment, scanners, and bindery toolsSkills and Qualifications:Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Familiarity with Fiery Command WorkStationStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyEffective communication and teamwork skills; may involve regular communication with internal stakeholders to clarify print specifications and delivery expectationsAvailability for a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule, with occasional overtimeWorking Environment:Based at the EchoStar Corporate Office in Englewood, ColoradoAbility to lift up to 50 lbsMay require walking between buildings and navigating stairsPeriodic exposure to loud equipment noiseVisa sponsorship not available for this role Salary RangesCompensation: $15.90/Hour - $22.74/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: .The base pay range shown is a guideline.
