What you'll do

  • Operate and maintain screen printing and flexo press equipment to produce high-quality prints.
  • Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare artwork and ensure accurate layouts for production.
  • Implement color management techniques to achieve consistent and vibrant color output across all print jobs.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite software for graphic design tasks, including layout design and typography adjustments.
  • Manage inventory and supplies necessary for printing operations, ensuring efficiency in workflow.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other machinery as needed to transport materials within the facility.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques and flexo press operations.
  • Familiarity with prepress processes and color management systems.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in graphic design and layout creation.
  • Background in manufacturing environments with an emphasis on quality control practices.
  • Experience operating CNC machinery is a plus.
