We are actively seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering quality care to adult and addiction patients.Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat mental health issues in adult patientsProvide medication management, psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatmentsConduct assessments, psychological evaluations, and individual/group therapyMonitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as neededCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive careQualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certification or Board Eligibility in PsychiatryAbility to work effectively with a diverse patient populationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyActive and valid license to practice medicine in Washington, DCThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.Benefits and CompensationJob type: Full time employed W-2 position.Salary range: $275,000-$350,000Benefits: Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, etc.Malpractice insurance covered through UHSPTO: 25 days Paid Time Off annually.CME: 5 paid days + reimbursable expenses.Other compensation: Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus available.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV.About the Psychiatric Institute of Washington (PIW): PIW, a for-profit mental health treatment center, is owned and operated by Universal Health Services, Inc.
