EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A two-year college degree with at least three years of related experience, or a four-year college degree with a minimum of one year of related experience is preferred. Five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, including required supervisory experience. Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity. Must meet certification requirements, which may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
