As the first Program Advisor dedicated to BASE, you will help shape the member experience for this groundbreaking programengaging prospective members through chat, email, and lead inquiries, and guiding them toward confident enrollment.In addition to managing inbound BASE interest, you'll contribute as a core Program Advisorconducting Zoom consultations, educating prospects about Fountain Life memberships, and supporting select B2B2C partnerships to drive BASE conversions. This is a unique opportunity to help build one of the company's most exciting growth engines from its earliest stages.Key ResponsibilitiesBASE Membership FocusServe as the first point of contact for all BASE membership inquiries, including online chat, email, and Salesforce-generated leads.Educate prospective members on the BASE programits purpose, benefits, testing cadence, and optional add-ons.Manage a high volume of digital inquiries with accuracy, speed, and a concierge-level tone of care.Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to refine the BASE pre-sales process as the program scales.Support B2B2C partnerships initiated by Field Sales by assisting with BASE membership conversions and onboarding.Provide consistent feedback on trends, FAQs, and system improvements to enhance member experience.Core Program Advisor ResponsibilitiesEngage, manage, and nurture qualified leads through the entire sales journey.Build meaningful relationships with prospects through consultative and high-touch communication.Educate prospective members about Fountain Life's diagnostics, memberships, and the impact of precision health.Conduct structured Zoom consultations, guiding prospects through membership options and next steps.Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce.Leverage Gong AI to refine call performance and continuously improve communication effectiveness.Collaborate with Fountain Life's concierge, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional prospective member experience.Success MetricsCalls & Digital Interactions Completed: Daily activity benchmarks met or exceeded.Opportunities Created: Leads effectively converted into qualified opportunities.Bookings: New BASE, APEX, or CORE memberships secured each week.Conversion Efficiency: Online inquiries converted into memberships Lives Impacted: Each successful membership represents one more life empoweredand potentially saved.Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in consultative or inside sales (health, wellness, or membership-based models preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both digital and video-based interactions.Proven ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining quality and empathy.CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).Experience working cross-functionally with marketing or product teams to support digital growth initiatives.Entrepreneurial mindsetexcited to help scale a new program and shape the playbook as it evolves.Why This Role MattersBASE represents Fountain Life's next chapterbringing precision diagnostics, physician insights, and AI-driven health optimization to a broader audience than ever before.
