At Easy Auto, we value a good work/life balance, so our stores are always closed on Sundays, offering a 5-day workweek and excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, Company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) plan with a generous Company match, six paid holidays each year, and close to two weeks' paid time off the first year.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers throughout the sales process, providing a positive and personalized experience.Build and maintain relationships with customers and relay key information about the vehicles and services we offer.Develop and maintain knowledge of our vehicle inventory and dealership services.Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure the customer's paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.Utilize effective sales techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales referrals, activities, and goals.Requirements Minimum of two years of customer service preferred, no sales or finance experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Highly self-motivated, coachable, customer driven, and a strong work ethic. Maintains a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Goodbye 50+ hour workweeksHours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:30 am - 5:30 pmPotential to make $10,000+/month within the first yearPerformance based pay with uncapped opportunity, earn between $60,000 - $200,000/annually. Our average salesperson earns $80k, and our top performers over $100K/annually.
