The company's award-winning content reaches 84 million consumers in print, 367 million in digital and 379 million across social platforms, and generates more than 1 billion video views each month. The Email Operations Associate Manager is a technical role responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining email newsletter templates, automated user journeys, email personalization and testing the email user experience for accuracy. This role supports email newsletters operationally across 12+ markets and 16+ brands including Vogue; Architectural Digest; Vanity Fair; GQ; WIRED.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate and update email templates based on brand requests and email strategyQA email campaigns for clarity, grammar, spelling, link functionality and inbox displaySet-up, QA, and launch automated email flowsFollow and enforce email best practices for healthy deliverability and active user engagementEnforce brand design guidelinesFollow and enforce data privacy protection regulations across the US and all international marketsRegularly audit email user experience across all marketsMaintain close working relationships with cross functional teamsEssential Skills & RequirementsMinimum 1-2 years experience working in email or a similar roleMinimum 1-2 years experience working directly in an ESP or marketing automation tool. Sailthru experience is a plusAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced working environmentProficiency with Google documents & spreadsheets (or Excel/Word)Strong creative problem solving skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to communicate technical information with non technical stakeholdersIntermediate working knowledge of HTML/CSS codeAbility to work independently and within a cross-functional teamWorking knowledge of 1st and 3rd party data is a plusThis is a guild position.The expected base salary range for this position is from $71,000-$80,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
