If so, we have the perfect job for you Advantage Personnel is looking for a Network Technician for a company that provides cutting-edge solutions and provides best-in-class services to their clients. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Starting pay is $17-$18/hr. Network Technician Duties and Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls • Administer and optimize VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and IP routing across diverse client environments • Monitor network performance, diagnose connectivity issues, and execute preventive maintenance measures • Implement and manage security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM platforms • Perform vulnerability assessments, system patching, and remediation to strengthen client network security • Maintain detailed network documentation and configuration records for all clients Network Technician Requirements and Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in network or security administration • Preference given to MSP background • Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs • Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools • Excellent communication skills • Must have driver’s license and good driving record To apply for this position, send your resume to Advantage Personnel.
