Company: Venture Smarter Location: Work From Home Position Type: Full-Time About the Role Venture Smarter is seeking a skilled, tech-savvy Helpdesk Technician to join our remote IT support team. In this role, you will assist users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for internal and external clients. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Guide users through step-by-step solutions and system navigation Log, track, and resolve support tickets accurately Escalate advanced technical issues to higher-level support when needed Maintain documentation, system updates, and support records Ensure timely resolution of technical requests Requirements Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting (preferred) Strong understanding of computers, software, and basic networking Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Reliable internet connection and a stable home workspace Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus Monthly Salary $650 $1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and technical skill level How to Apply Head on over to search on Google for Venture Smarter then go to our Career page from the homepage if you dare to aspire for better in your career Given the high number of applications we receive, we will only respond to those who meet the qualifications for the positions applied for.
