Reporting to the National Sports Leadership Director, this position will play a crucial role in ensuring athletic voices are prominently featured at the Global Make the Difference Conference, while simultaneously extending conference insights and methodologies back into sports communities nationwide. This role represents the living intersection of Voice Up's Sports & Mental Health initiatives and its global storytelling platform. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conference Program Development - **Sports Content Curation:** Identify and recruit athletes, coaches, and sports leaders with compelling purpose stories to present at the annual Global Stories of Purpose Conference. - **Narrative Development:** Work directly with athletic presenters to help them structure and articulate their purpose journeys in ways that resonate with diverse audiences. - **Panel Organization:** Design and coordinate sports-focused panel discussions and workshops that highlight the connection between athletics and purpose. - **Interactive Experiences:** Create conference experiences that allow participants to physically engage with purpose concepts through sports-based activities and demonstrations.
