“Role” Up Your Sleeves:
Develop and Share Engaging Content
- Create dynamic content that highlights the unique care, compassion, and services of Veterinary United, including hospitals, daycare, boarding locations, and teams, while sharing captivating patient success stories and testimonials.
Maintain and Optimize Websites
- Ensure all websites are up to date with accurate, relevant information that aligns with our brand, highlighting our teams, clients, and furry friends while adhering to client experience and SEO best practices.
Lead Website Development
- Build and launch new websites with guidance and creative oversight from team members and other departments, ensuring cohesive branding, functional design, and a seamless user experience throughout the development process.
Implement Email Marketing Strategies
- Design and code HTML-based emails for client and recruiting campaigns, crafting compelling content that integrates with social media strategies and supports clinic-specific needs.
Analyze and Improve Digital Performance
- Use analytics tools to monitor website and email performance, providing actionable insights to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Engage with Audiences Across Platforms
- Build meaningful connections by delivering thoughtful and empathetic responses to client inquiries, feedback, and reviews across websites, campaigns, and software platforms. Continuously adapt strategies to ensure messaging resonates with clients and aligns with the latest digital engagement trends.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to capture the essence of everyday moments, prioritize projects, and deliver exceptional content that reflects Veterinary United’s commitment to complete and individualized care.
Superpowers Needed:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Web Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, SEO, and digital strategies.
- Advanced Marketing Certifications are preferred but not required.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with website build platforms such as WordPress, Dreamweaver, and Wix.
- Comfortable in a Microsoft Windows driven organization.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and automation tools.
- Proficiency in web design, SEO, SEM, AdWords, Analytics (including GA4), Meta Business Suite, and relevant certifications.
Design Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Canva or Adobe Express, and Meta Suite.
- Ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand identity under the guidance of the Director of Marketing.
- Strong proficiency with integrating AI platforms to assist within the role. This could be for copywriting, automation, and concept designs.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently on projects.
- Project Management and ability to pivot to a variety of projects within a fast-paced team and culture focused organization.
Tools and Reporting:
- Proficiency in Office 360, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to generate and present campaign metrics, spending, and results.
Creative and Storytelling Skills:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and design capabilities.
- A passion for pushing boundaries in digital creativity and client engagement.
- Comprehension and understanding of the marketing funnel and how to approach the organizations needs and use cases on several platforms.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in photography and videography is a plus but not required.
- A keen eye for design and client experience, with a creative mindset focused on delivering exceptional content.
- Assist with additional projects and tasks within the marketing department, including recruiting campaigns, print materials, and social media initiatives, contributing to the success of various marketing efforts.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and adapt strategies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and projects.
