About the Role:

CoreWeave is a leading AI Hyperscaler, offering one of the industry's most performant and reliable infrastructure services for building and deploying accelerated computing applications. Some of the latest LLMs and GenerativeAI applications are built and deployed on CoreWeave. As we are rapidly growing our product portfolio are seeking a Lead Product Manager focused on our developer experience to join our team. This crucial role is designed for individuals passionate about taking a holistic approach to developer experience, considering a broad array of services and a potentially broad array of developer interfaces (UI, API, CLI, SDKs, Infrastructure-as-Code) to define a unified vision and drive execution and delivery resulting in a best-in-class experience for developers on our platform.

As the Lead Product Manager for Developer Experience, you will champion the developer's perspective within CoreWeave, comprehending their needs, challenges, and ambitions. Your objective will be to devise and execute a product strategy that delivers outstanding developer tools and interfaces, fostering a superior development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for CoreWeave's developer interfaces, aligning with market demands and CoreWeave's strategic goals.
  • Developer Advocacy: Be the voice of the developer community within CoreWeave, translating their feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and innovations.
  • Product Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of tools and interfaces for developers, with a focus on usability.
  • Service Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the developer experiences we offer as they support customers from onboarding to large-scale production workloads.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, developer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave's developer experiences position us to be regarded as a best-in-class platform for developers.
  • Performance Metrics: Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of our various developer interfaces, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering.

Minimum Qualification

  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with web UIs and APIs intended for a developer audience.
  • Deep understanding of UI and API design, and industry-standard practices such as GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to varied audiences.
  • Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a solid foundation in software development and cloud computing principles.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,000-$215,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
