Our technology provides enterprises and leading AI labs with the most performant, efficient and resilient solutions for accelerated computing. Since 2017, CoreWeave has operated a growing footprint of data centers covering every region of the US and across Europe. As the leader in the industry, we thrive in an environment where adaptability and resilience are key. Our culture offers career-defining opportunities for those who excel amid change and challenge. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to make a significant impact, CoreWeave is the place for you. Join us, and be part of a team solving some of the most exciting challenges in the industry.
CoreWeave powers the creation and delivery of the intelligence that drives innovation.
As the Lead Product Manager for Security, you will champion the voice of our customers' security teams within CoreWeave, comprehending their needs, challenges, and ambitions. Your objective will be to devise and execute a product strategy that defines an enterprise-grade posture for CoreWeave that satisfies customers in highly regulated industries, while enhancing rather than hindering developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for security, aligning with market demands and CoreWeave's strategic goals.
- Advocacy: Represent the voice of multiple customer personas, including CTOs, CISOs, infrastructure engineers, and software developers, synthesizing their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements that improve the security posture of our platform and simplify workflows for developers.
- Product Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of security features, with a focus on usability, integration capabilities, and, of course, security.
- Service Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user experience for CoreWeave's security features, evolving them as our product portfolio and customer base grow.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customers needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave's security story enables customers to confidently bring production workloads onto our platforms.
- Performance Metrics: Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of our security features, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering.
Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with security services for enterprise-grade platforms.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management, storage encryption, credential management, and security monitoring.
- You have some experience using Kubernetes with a conceptual understanding of its major components.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to varied audiences.
- Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a solid foundation in software development and cloud computing principles.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,000-$215,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
